Application
General pneumatic tubing using the exact outside diameters and, where present, thread specifications shown above. The source does not assign these fittings to a particular valve series.
Features and Operation
The catalog provides multiple fitting shapes for pneumatic systems and describes flow capacity corresponding to the connected tubing inside diameter.
One-touch tubing insertion and removal provide a convenient, retaining connection.
External and Mounting Dimensions
Dimensions retain the letter labels and separate views in the source drawing. Linear dimensions are in millimeters; pipe threads retain their stated standard and nominal size. Do not combine unrelated callouts into an overall size.

Series Ordering Options
Gray (blank) or black (D) color selection is separate from the tube and thread size.
Published base configurations for this shape: PG10-6, PG10-8, PG12-10, PG12-8, PG6-4, PG8-4, PG8-6. Apply the color and material/style suffixes from the ordering code; these are options, not simultaneous connections.
Optional Matching PU Tubing
I = 1 push-in socket for 12 mm OD tube; II = 1 push-in socket for 8 mm OD tube. These labels identify socket groups, not flow direction or tube quantity. Match each physical socket separately; the tube codes are alternatives supplied as complete coils, not a count of lengths. Tube dimensions below are OD × ID in mm. These tubing options are optional and ordered separately.
Code-prefix uses (match the longest listed family prefix): UE polyurethane tube; US polyurethane tube.

The listed tubes are separately ordered standard-pressure PU examples for the assigned push-in sockets. Match the exact metric tube outside diameter at each socket; inch sizes are not substitutes. T, I and II identify the socket groups in the legend, not flow direction. Several same-size sockets do not mean that several coils are required. These are tubing options, not additional fittings, valves or internal repair parts.
This fitting has 1 port-I socket for 12 mm OD tube and 1 port-II socket for 8 mm OD tube. Follow the actual drawing for their positions. Keep the sizes distinct; a reducing branch is not a same-size port, and port labels do not prescribe a flow direction or system arrangement.
These selections cover positive-pressure pneumatic service only. The fitting is rated 0–1.0 MPa and its 1.5 MPa proof pressure is not a working rating. Its separately printed −750 mmHg (10 Torr) value does not establish vacuum or collapse resistance for these exact tubes or the complete assembled path. Do not infer liquid service, a guaranteed system flow or leak performance from dimensional fit alone.
The listed US98A and UE95A tubes are rated 1.0 MPa at 23°C; apply the catalogue temperature-derating curve as temperature rises and obey every stricter fitting, tube and system limit. US98A has a −20–70°C component range and UE95A −40–70°C. With these −20–70°C fittings, the assembled path remains within −20–70°C or a narrower applicable range; the UE tube’s lower temperature limit does not extend the fitting rating. Do not assume 1 MPa is available throughout that range. Tube burst pressures and fitting proof pressure are not allowable continuous working pressures.
US98A is polyester-based PU, Shore A98±2; UE95A is ether-based PU, Shore A95±2. Each complete code listed here specifies its own OD and ID, a 100 m coil (100M), and blue colour (BU). The fitting’s blank/D grey-or-black option is separate from tube colour. These verified examples are not a complete list of possible lengths, colours or tube constructions; confirm the exact complete code before ordering. The tube ID affects flow and downstream selection but is not an alternative way to select the push-in socket OD.
Minimum bend radii for the listed tubes are I, 12 mm OD × 8 mm ID: US98A 35 mm and UE95A 30 mm; II, 8 mm OD × 5 mm ID: US98A 20 mm and UE95A 17 mm. Keep bends clear of the socket and provide suitable support; do not kink, flatten or pull on the connected tube. Confirm insertion depth, retention and sealing on the actual fitting before use, and isolate and depressurize the circuit before removal.
Confirm compatibility with the actual air contaminants, lubricant or additives and the seals, tube and downstream equipment. Avoid acids, alkalis, organic solvents, seawater, corrosive gases, prolonged sunlight and excessive heat as specified for the PU tubing. Suitable material labels and the fitting-series construction example do not guarantee every chemical environment or the complete material composition of every fitting shape.
These catalogue-listed tube examples have no verified current-production, stock or delivery promise. Confirm current availability or a manufacturer-approved alternative with the same required dimensions and operating conditions. No other component is included merely because it appears beside a fitting in a drawing.
