Three Sensor Classifications
- General Type (A05-DMS) – Light Blue Body. Standard robust industrial use.
- Oil-resistant, Bend-resistant Type (A06-DMS) – Yellow Body.
- Waterproof Type – Yellow Body equipped with full IP68 Protection.
1. For Robotic Arm & Drag Chain Applications (A05-DMS)
- Equipped with a high-flex, bend-resistant cable, making it exceptionally suitable for robotic joints, drag chains, and continuous motion axes.
- High-flex cable material: Improves overall dynamic flexibility by approximately 20% compared to standard models.
- Structural Strength: Features an enhanced SR bend protection structure at the cable exit and a shock-resistant engineering plastic housing.
2. Oil-resistant & Waterproof Type (A06-DMS)
- Designed for harsh environments with high splashes of coolant, oil, or water droplets.
- Oil-resistant & bend-resistant cable: Retains high flexibility while resisting chemical degradation.
- Integrated Waterproof Design: Achieves a stringent IP68 protection rating, allowing reliable operation even in submerged or heavy wash-down areas.
Mounting Accessories
The DMSG model is highly adaptable and compatible with various cylinder profiles using dedicated mounting kits:
- F-MQ Series: Flexible clip-on type
- F-SC Series (SH): Slide-in screw mounting bracket
Design Note: To maximize lifespan, A05-DMS and A06-DMS cables should be installed with a minimum bending radius of 19mm.
