Maintenance & Handling

Lubrication Schedule: Pre-lubricated with Lithium soap-based grease (ISO VG32-68). Replenish grease every 100km of travel or every 3-6 months.

Dummy Rail Usage: Always use a plastic dummy rail when removing the block from the main rail to prevent the precision balls from falling out.

Temperature Limits: Maximum continuous operating temperature is 80°C. Momentary spikes up to 100°C are permissible.

Cleaning: If the guideway is washed, it must be dried and re-greased immediately to prevent oxidation.
