High Efficiency Moisture & Particle Separation
Product Features
- Unique Diversion Structure: Engineered with a specialized internal deflector that forces incoming air to spin centrifugally. This effectively separates liquid moisture from the gas and reliably drops solid particles into the bowl.
- High Efficiency: Delivers excellent water separation efficiency with exceptionally low pressure loss. Features a large-capacity drain bowl to reduce maintenance frequency.
- Filter Precision: Available in a standard 40μm filtering grade for general pneumatic applications, or a fine 5μm grade for precision instrumentation.
- Flexible Drain Options: The filter bowl can be configured with either a standard Semi-automatic + Manual drain or a fully Automatic drain mechanism.
- Material Adaptability: Protective bowls are available in Polycarbonate (PC), strong Metal, or chemical-resistant Nylon to ensure safety across diverse environments.
- Easy Mounting: Can be installed directly inline or securely surface-mounted using the optional dedicated bracket.
