Product Features
- Unique Diversion Structure: Engineered with a specialized internal deflector that forces incoming compressed air to spin centrifugally. This effectively separates liquid water from the gas and drops it into the bowl, while reliably filtering out solid particles.
- High Efficiency: Delivers high water separation efficiency with minimal pressure loss, ensuring your pneumatic system receives a steady flow of clean, dry air. Features a large-capacity drain bowl to reduce maintenance frequency.
- Filter Grades: Available in standard 40μm filtering grade for general industrial use, or an optional fine 5μm grade for precision pneumatic applications.
- Flexible Drain Options: The filter bowl can be configured with either a Differential + Manual drain (standard) or a fully Automatic drain mechanism.
- Material Adaptability: Protective bowls are available in standard Polycarbonate (PC), robust Metal, or chemical-resistant Nylon, ensuring safe operation across diverse environments.
- Easy Mounting: Can be easily installed inline or surface-mounted using the included dedicated fixing bracket.
