Explosion-proof Solenoid Valve (B03 Series)
Product Features
- Design Evolution: Developed from standard solenoid valves (3V1, 3V, 4V, 4M) by replacing the standard coil with an explosion-proof coil.
- Encapsulation: The explosion-proof coil utilizes a potting encapsulation method with a sealing introduction device for enhanced safety.
- Explosion-proof Rating: Complies with Class II Explosion-proof T5 group standards. The maximum surface temperature of the coil reaches 100°C, suitable for factory industrial use.
- Safety Protection: Equipped with a built-in thermal fuse inside the coil. In the event of an external fault causing overheating, the fuse cuts off the circuit to ensure safety.

The valve body part (mechanical structure) is identical to the standard AirTAC series corresponding to the model number:
- B03-3V1 corresponds to Standard 3V1 Series.
- B03-3V corresponds to Standard 3V Series (3/2 way).
- B03-4V corresponds to Standard 4V Series (5/2, 5/3 way).
- B03-4M corresponds to Standard 4M Series (Namur standard).
Please refer to the standard catalogue for flow rates, port sizes, and mechanical operating parameters. The main difference is the Coil Assembly and Overall Dimensions due to the explosion-proof housing.
