Safety Instructions

  • Impact: Do not drop or knock the sensor, as internal damage to the sensing element may cause malfunction.
  • Wiring: The tensile strength of the connection cable is 60N. Do not pull the cable with force exceeding this limit to prevent internal wire breakage.
  • Media: Do not allow corrosive gases or fluids to contact the product. Ensure compatibility with the monitored media.
  • Environment: Do not use in environments with heavy water vapor, condensation, or oil mist.
  • Power: Always turn off the power supply before wiring. High voltage or power cables should be wired in a separate conduit to avoid electrical interference.

Panel Description

  • Display: High-visibility 4-digit LED display (shows current pressure or setting value).
  • Indicators:
    • OUT1 (Green LED) - Output 1 status
    • OUT2 (Red LED) - Output 2 status
    • Analog output (Orange LED)
  • Keys: UP / DOWN keys for quick value adjustment; SET key for menu navigation and confirmation.
  • Zero Point Reset: In standard measurement mode, press the UP and DOWN keys simultaneously to instantly reset the zero point.

Output Mode Judgment

1. Hysteresis Mode

Logic: Output turns ON when Pressure > (Setting P1 + Hysteresis). Output turns OFF when Pressure drops below P1. Prevents chattering near the setpoint.

2. Window Comparator Mode

Logic: Output turns ON when pressure is within the defined acceptable range [P1L, P1H]. Output turns OFF when pressure falls outside this range (incorporating hysteresis H at the boundaries).

3. Suction (Vacuum) Mode

Logic: Generally used for vacuum/suction applications. The output behavior is inverted compared to standard positive pressure mode (ON/OFF logic triggers based on vacuum threshold achievement).

4. Automatic Sensitivity Setting Mode

Logic: Sets reference values automatically based on teach-in pressure levels (e.g., sampling adsorption pressure vs. release pressure) to determine the optimal switching threshold without manual calculation.

Analog Output Characteristics

  • Voltage Output: 1 ~ 5V (Linear output strictly relative to the rated pressure range, e.g., -100kPa ~ 1000kPa).
  • Current Output: 4 ~ 20mA (Linear proportional output).
  • Important Note: Do not connect a load directly between the 0V terminal and the Analog Output terminal, as this may permanently damage the internal analog circuit.
