Safety & Operation

Safety Instructions

Impact: Do not drop or knock the sensor, as internal damage may cause malfunction.
Wiring: Tensile strength of the connection cable is 60N. Do not pull with force exceeding this limit.
Media: Do not allow corrosive gases or fluids to contact the product.
Environment: Do not use in environments with water vapor or oil mist.
Power: Turn off the power supply before wiring. High voltage cables should be wired separately to avoid interference.

Panel Description

Display: 4-digit LED display (Current pressure / Setting value).
Indicators: OUT1 (Green), OUT2 (Red), Analog output (Orange).
Keys: UP / DOWN keys for value adjustment; SET key for menu/confirmation.
Zero Point Reset: In measurement mode, press UP + DOWN keys simultaneously to reset zero.

Output Mode Judgment

1. Hysteresis Mode

Logic: ON when Pressure > (Setting P1 + Hysteresis). OFF when Pressure < P1.

2. Window Comparator Mode

Logic: Output ON when pressure is within the range [P1L, P1H]. Output OFF when outside the range (with hysteresis H).

3. Suction (Vacuum) Mode

Logic: Generally used for vacuum applications. Output behavior is inverted compared to standard pressure mode (ON/OFF logic based on vacuum threshold).

4. Automatic Sensitivity Setting Mode

Logic: Sets reference values based on teach-in pressure levels (e.g., adsorption vs. release pressure) to automatically determine the switching threshold.

Analog Output Characteristics

Voltage Output: 1 ~ 5V (Linear output relative to pressure range -100kPa ~ 1000kPa or similar).
Current Output: 4 ~ 20mA (Linear output).
Note: Do not connect load directly between 0V and Analog Output, as it may damage the internal circuit.
