APTF Series Air-Hydro Booster Cylinder
Product Features
- Fast Approach Technology: The "Fast Type" design allows the cylinder rod to advance rapidly using only compressed air until it meets resistance, after which it automatically switches to the high-pressure hydraulic boost stroke.
- Air-Powered High Force: Delivers the immense clamping and pressing force of a hydraulic system using only a standard shop air supply. Eliminates the need for bulky, expensive, and noisy hydraulic power units.
- High Energy Efficiency: Consumes compressed air strictly for the approach stroke and the final boost stroke, making it highly energy-efficient and cost-effective compared to pure pneumatic or hydraulic systems.
- Clean & Safe Operation: Features a fully self-contained internal hydraulic oil circuit. This prevents oil leakage, maintains a clean workspace, and greatly reduces maintenance requirements.
- Flexible Installation Configurations: Available in split-type (F) with a vertical reservoir or horizontal integrated (S) styles to easily fit within tight machine structures.
