Non-standard stroke cylinder + Guide frame of the next higher standard stroke level.
Example: MIC 20x160 (Non-std cylinder) + F-TMICM 20x200 (Standard Guide Frame).
(AC + Stroke = AC + 200; A + Stroke = A + 160)
