RMH Series Magnetically Coupled Rodless Cylinder (Linear Guide Type)
Features
- Magnetically coupled rodless cylinder structure; no mechanical connection between the piston and the slider, resulting in excellent sealing performance.
- The movement of the piston is transmitted to the external slider through magnetic coupling force. No piston rod is required, saving installation space compared to standard cylinders. The maximum stroke is larger than standard cylinders.
- Both ends of the cylinder are equipped with adjustable cushioning and fixed cushioning devices, ensuring smooth reversing motion without impact and avoiding mechanical damage. Optional external hydraulic shock absorbers can be purchased for better cushioning effects.
- The piston chamber and the slider are separated to prevent dust and dirt from entering the system, extending the service life of the cylinder.
- Added linear guide design: High running precision, high non-rotating precision, and strong load-bearing capacity.
