Product Features & Precautions
- Industrial Design: Developed and precisely manufactured specifically for reliable use in high-demand industrial automation environments.
- Interference Protection: As a built-in device, please take special measures against external light interference. Do not direct strong light beams (such as intense sunlight or spotlights) directly into the receiver surface.
- Power-on Transient: Avoid using the sensor's output signal during the initial transient state (approximately 50ms) immediately after the power is turned on.
- Maintenance: In highly dusty environments, periodically clean the emitter and receiver parts with a dry, soft cloth to ensure stable detection.
- Surge Protection: If motors, solenoids, or other devices generating high surge currents are operating nearby, ensure a surge absorber is installed on those devices.
- Wiring Layout: Avoid parallel wiring with high-voltage or power lines to prevent induction noise. Connecting a capacitor between the sensor's +V and 0V terminals is recommended to eliminate surge noise.
