Assigned as an estimated reference for the current configuration, not a measured product or shipping weight. no separate mass correction is calculated for pressure type L, gauge 3, thread T. Actual supplied-product weight may differ. |
Features and Operation
The compact back-pressure structure is intended for economical standalone installation. Its broad adjustment range and stable output suit applications that do not demand high output-pressure precision.
Pull the knob until the orange identification ring is visible before adjusting. Push the knob back until the orange ring is fully hidden to lock it; incorrect adjustment can damage the knob or change the setting.
External and Mounting Dimensions
Dimensions are in millimeters unless a thread or other unit is shown. Lettered entries follow the catalog drawing; local callouts must not be combined into an invented length × width × height. Optional brackets and gauges are shown for reference only when their omission code is selected.

| Pressure-curve legend — 2022 Chinese catalog |
2022 Chinese catalog, printed page 244: triangle = outlet pressure 0.2 MPa; square = outlet pressure 0.3 MPa. The horizontal axis is inlet pressure. The linked English edition labels these traces as inlet pressure; the Chinese outlet-pressure legend is used here. |

0–1200 L/min, 200 L/min labels |

These values describe the printed chart axes and conditions. An axis limit is not a rated flow or a guaranteed tolerance. Curves for a representative port or configuration are series references; use the original PDF to read the plotted relationships.

Optional Piping Accessories
IN = the SDR regulator’s NPT1/4 female supply-air inlet on the left of the section; OUT = its NPT1/4 female regulated-air outlet on the right. Match these separate connections and follow the actual body’s IN → OUT markings; do not bridge or bypass the regulator. Multiple keys retain each use. Tube OD is mm (in = inches); compression/tubing show OD × ID. These piping accessories are optional and ordered separately.
Code-prefix uses (match the longest listed family prefix): NBB male–male; NBD male–female; NBKC compression fitting; NBPC metal straight; NPC straight; NPEB branch tee; NPED run tee; NPH banjo elbow; NPHF female branch banjo; NPHW twin banjo; NPKD reducing distribution fitting; NPL elbow; NPLL extended elbow; NPYB Y; NPZB cross.

These optional connections and tubes are ordered separately for the SDR regulator. Match PT/G/NPT exactly and use the specified thread seal or face gasket. IN and OUT are female ports and require their own matching male connections. Follow the body’s normal IN → OUT markings; do not bridge or bypass the regulator. Keep the main air lines separate from the gauge connections and mounting features.
Match tube OD and compression OD/ID; metric and inch sizes are not interchangeable. Use suitable soft nylon/PU tube and check seating, clearance, bends, support and required flow. Tighten compression bodies by the hex, not tube nuts. Where listed, a D suffix means black, blank means grey, -M means miniature, and -S applies only to the specified 304 stainless parts.
NPHF fittings use male RA at the selected IN or OUT port; female RB requires its own matching male thread and seal and is not a tube socket. Match both adapter ends to their separate mating parts. Keep every extra branch on its assigned side of the regulator; do not connect IN to OUT around the regulator or use a mounting feature as an air connection.
The regulator’s maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa; this configuration’s adjustable outlet range is 0.03–0.4 MPa. Keep actual IN pressure within the inlet limit and actual OUT pressure within the selected regulation range and downstream limits. Every fitting, seal and tube must satisfy its own local pressure rating during operation, adjustment and pressure changes. The 1.5 MPa proof pressure is not a continuous working rating; the 1 MPa inlet limit does not mean the outlet can be regulated to 1 MPa.
Use within −20–70°C and every stricter accessory limit. Confirm that fittings, seals, tubing and downstream equipment are compatible with the actual air contaminants and any upstream lubricant or additives. These are main-air connections, not gauge or process-liquid lines. This regulator does not add filtration, lubrication or drying, and does not establish oil-free air or a dew-point rating. These selections do not establish liquid or vacuum service for the listed air-piping accessories.
Pull the adjustment knob up until the orange ring is visible before adjustment, then push it down until the ring is hidden to lock it. Confirm the required inlet supply, pressure drop and installed flow at the chosen outlet setting. Curve-axis maxima and plotted examples are not a rated system flow or a guaranteed operating point; the original English/Chinese curve-label notes remain applicable.
Standard push-in fittings: ≤1 MPa, −20–70°C. NBPC/compression fittings/thread adapters: ≤1 MPa. The listed metal push-in, compression and adapter groups have a 0–150°C component range, so a path using them is limited to 0–70°C or narrower with this regulator. A lower-rated fitting at IN requires a correspondingly lower inlet pressure; the unit’s 1 MPa inlet rating does not raise any accessory rating. Confirm compatibility with the actual air contaminants and lubricant.
When J is selected, the mounting bracket is omitted; without J, the bracket is included as stated in the original specification. Support the regulator and connected piping. M22×1.5 on SDR100 and M30×1.5 on SDR200 are panel-mounting threads, not air ports. Gauge code N omits the gauge; codes 1, 2 and 3 select MPa, psi and bar scales respectively. The nominal Q gauge-tapping size is not a verified PT/G/NPT specification for every main-thread configuration. No listed item is assigned to the gauge tapping or to a mounting, bowl or drain feature.
Items marked discontinued are historical service references, not current standard recommendations. Confirm availability or a manufacturer-approved replacement. An unmarked catalogue entry does not promise current production, stock or delivery.
