Standard international delivery typically takes 7–13 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance and the local delivery network. Processing or production time is additional. Next-day and overnight delivery are not available.

Most products ship from our manufacturing centers in Asia, then transfer to a local carrier after customs clearance.

Free shipping: orders of US$30 or more weighing under 2 kg. Import duties and taxes are included on all orders.

If an overweight shipping surcharge applies after packing, we pause shipment and email you the amount for approval before dispatch. This is a transport charge, not an import tax. If you do not reply within 7 days, the order is canceled and fully refunded.

Custom-made products, including G/NPT thread specifications and custom-built parts, are non-returnable and non-refundable under our refund policy.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. For YunExpress shipments, enter your YT tracking number at Yuntrack to view the journey and local delivery details.

Provide a complete physical delivery address and reachable contact details. P.O. boxes and virtual mail-forwarding addresses are not accepted.

If delivery fails, contact the local carrier and email airtacs@airtacs.com with your order and tracking numbers. For failures caused by an incorrect/incomplete address or an unreachable recipient, return to the local warehouse typically takes 7–30 business days. Redelivery requires an additional shipping fee; cancellation after failed delivery is subject to deductions for original shipping and carrier return fees.

Eligible returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original factory packaging. Contact airtacs@airtacs.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning anything.

Ordered the wrong model or changed your mind? You pay return shipping, original shipping is non-refundable, and a 50% restocking fee is deducted from the actual price paid for the returned product.

Defective, damaged or incorrect item? We provide a replacement and cover return shipping; no restocking fee applies. Custom-made items are excluded from standard returns. These terms are subject to applicable law and do not limit your statutory rights.

Bank transfer: Select bank transfer at checkout and submit your order. The bank account details and payment instructions will then be displayed.

Invoices: Invoices are available only after an order is placed. We are a US-based company and provide a standard commercial invoice, not an EU VAT tax invoice. If your company requires an EU VAT invoice, please confirm your requirements with us before ordering.
