Installation and Usage

When load changes occur during operation, select a cylinder with ample output force.
Under high temperature or corrosive conditions, choose a cylinder with appropriate high-temperature or corrosion resistance.
In humid, dusty, or contaminated environments, take necessary protective measures.
Before connecting the cylinder to the pipeline, clear out any debris from inside the pipe to prevent foreign matter from entering the cylinder.
The working medium should be filtered with a 40μm or finer filter before use.
In low-temperature environments, implement antifreeze measures to prevent system water from freezing.
Perform an air-driven trial run before use; set the cushion to the minimum and gradually relax it to avoid excessive impact that could damage the cylinder.
Avoid applying lateral loads during operation to maintain normal function and extend service life.
If the cylinder is unused for an extended period, protect the surface from rust and cover the air inlet/outlet with dust caps.
