Dimensions are in millimetres unless a different unit is shown. Lettered dimensions refer to the matching drawing in the catalog; check that drawing before machining or installing the product.
Dimension-table caution: this exact stroke row has non-progressive A/C/D values compared with the neighbouring strokes. The printed values are reproduced above without correcting them; obtain an approved installation drawing for this exact stroke before machining.

Values above follow the printed theoretical table. The 1 kgf/cm² column is a calculation reference below the 0.2 MPa minimum operating pressure; it is not a permitted operating point. Theoretical output is not a guaranteed measured force.
The dimension table illustrates the standard cylinder configuration. For horizontal installation, the reservoir is connected vertically to the hydraulic cylinder as stated in the ordering footnote. The standard drawing is a dimensional reference, not a complete final layout for an independently positioned reservoir.
System Installation
Use filtered, dry compressed air within the stated pressure range.
A receiver between the air-preparation assembly and booster is recommended to stabilise the pressure supply.
An automatic-drain air-preparation assembly is recommended for the supply.
Use the oil grade specified for this series; the overview mentions ISO VG32 and VG68 for different products, so do not interchange them without the series requirement.
A regulator with reverse-flow function before the high-pressure-stage air inlet allows the minimum required working force to be set, reducing tooling load and air consumption.
Normal mounting is by flange with the output rod pointing down. For horizontal mounting, arrange the air-oil converter upright as illustrated.
Inverted or inclined installation cannot use the standard arrangement directly; the converter must be arranged upright as shown for the modified layout.
Mount the intensifier above the hydraulic cylinder where possible; a different orientation requires the specified alternative design.
The recommended circuit shows two 5/2 solenoid valves, speed-control valves, an air receiver and air preparation; these are circuit components, not an automatic list of items supplied with this cylinder.
