The HSV valve operates at 0–1 MPa and −20–70°C with 40 µm filtered air. Apply every stricter component limit; proof pressure is not working pressure and no complete-path vacuum rating is established. All listed accessories are optional and ordered separately. Leave clearance to move the sliding sleeve fully and preserve the valve’s exhaust function.
Match the exact PT, G or NPT standard, size and opposite thread gender at each assigned end. Use the specified thread seal or face gasket and check engagement, tool access and support. Keep IN and OUT separate; never use a branch or adapter to bypass the valve. The sleeve and exhaust openings must remain unobstructed.
