Product Features
1. When the sensor is installed, it must not be dropped or subjected to too much impact.
2. The sensor wire shall not move with the action of the cylinder.
3. When the sensor is installed, the clamping torque should be within the allowable range (0.15~0.2Nm).
4. The sensor should be installed in the middle of the range of action.
5. Sensor wiring: A. The wire cannot withstand repeated torsion and tension. Please connect an external load before turning on the power. B. Conductors are well insulated. C do not connect with power cord and high voltage line, and do not use 1 wiring pipe. D. Please wire correctly according to the circuit diagram.
6. Perform regular maintenance according to the following guidelines: A. Ensure that the sensor is firmly fixed. B. Make sure the wires are intact. C. Ensure that the LED correctly indicates the movement of the cylinder.
7. Use environment: A. It is not allowed to use the sensor in an explosive gas environment. B. The magnetic sensor should not be used in an external magnetic environment. C. Magnetic sensors should not be used in environments that are often eroded by water. D. The magnetic sensor should not be used in an environment with oil, moisture or chemicals. E. The magnetic sensor should not be used in an environment where the temperature changes periodically. F. The magnetic sensor should not be used in an environment with excessive impact. G. Magnetic sensors should not be used in environments where there is an electrical pulse source. H. Avoid using the sensor in an environment with accumulated iron powder and strong magnetic objects.
