The Chinese 4A catalog currently linked from the official product page, published in February 2023, also lists 285 g on printed page 125. This listing retains 158 g as the 2022 summary-table reference. The reviewed catalogs do not explain the discrepancy or assign it to an identified production revision. The summary table itself states that weights are for reference and the actual product prevails. Confirm or weigh the supplied unit before weight-sensitive design or shipping calculations.

Operation and Catalog Notes

The two pilot signals select the two spool positions. The catalog describes the double-air-control arrangement as having a memory function.
Sliding-spool construction is designed for sealing and sensitive response. The internal bore uses special processing to reduce friction and starting pressure and support service life.
Oil lubrication is not required. If lubricated air is introduced, lubrication must be continued; the catalog recommends ISO VG32 oil or equivalent.

The 2022 manifold page 123 explicitly pairs 4A200 valves with 200M manifolds (1–16 stations). The matching blank-plate kit is P-200M-R2. Manifold kits list manifold, seal and screws; blank-plate kits list blank plate and screws. These are separately identified accessory kits; screw and seal quantities are not stated.

M5 models omit the thread suffix. Other sizes are ordered with blank = PT, G = G thread, or T = NPT. Actuation options are 10 single pilot, 20 double pilot, and 30C / 30E / 30P for closed / exhaust / pressure center. These are separate model choices, not adjustable modes of one ordered valve.
