Construction and Kit Contents
Manifold kits list a manifold, manifold sealing gasket and screws.
The catalog lists a manifold, manifold sealing gasket and screws as the kit components, but does not specify their individual quantities. The station-count code gives the number of valve mounting positions; it is not a screw or seal quantity. The manifold and blank-plate kit have separate ordering codes. Valves, silencers, fittings and additional blank plates are not listed among the manifold-kit components.
The manifold allows valves of one matching series to form a compact group with common supply and exhaust passages. The catalog describes space savings, easier fault tracing through organized connections, and flexible combinations within the supported station-count range. Electrical wiring applies to the installed solenoid valves, not to the manifold or blank plate itself.
Dimensions and Mounting
The catalog dimensions below refer to the illustrated valve-and-manifold assembly. They are not measurements of a loose blank plate or a bare manifold alone. Linear values are in millimeters; P is the common threaded port. K is the mounting-hole diameter. The other lettered callouts retain the exact drawing labels. Use the drawing for the applicable valve family and arrangement.

The 2022 application table also lists the matching 5V size, but its illustrated assembly here is labeled 4V. The 4V assembly envelope must not be treated as a separately verified 5V overall envelope.
The A and KA values shown are the printed 9F station-count entries. Station counts above 16 are not offered in the reviewed ordering table for this manifold size.
Ordering Notes
The matching blank-plate kit is P-200M-R2. Manifold thread options are blank = PT, G = G thread and T = NPT. The R2 blank-plate ordering code has no thread-option suffix. A different valve size requires its separately listed manifold and blank plate.
Matching Accessory Codes and Conditions
P-200M-R2 closes an unused valve mounting station on 200M; it is not a threaded port plug. Order separately. The blanking kit contains the plate and screws; quantities are not specified.
Optional Connections and Air Preparation
BP = this base’s common supply; BR = its marked common exhaust (NPT1/4). These are the actual thread and size of this base SKU. Keep supply and exhaust separate. Installed valves have their own working and pilot ports; neither is assigned here. Multiple keys retain each use. Tube OD is mm (in = inches); compression/tubing show OD × ID. These piping accessories are optional and ordered separately.
Code-prefix uses (match the longest listed family prefix): ASC inline threaded flow control; GAFR upstream filter-regulator; NBB male–male; NBD male–female; NBESL adjustable silencer; NBKC compression fitting; NBPC metal straight; NBSL silencer; NBSLM miniature silencer; NPC straight; NPEB branch tee; NPED run tee; NPH banjo elbow; NPHF female branch banjo; NPHW twin banjo; NPKD reducing distribution fitting; NPL elbow; NPLL extended elbow; NPSA inline flow control; NPSS flow control; NPTL push-lock flow control; NPYB Y; NPZB cross.

Listed piping accessories are optional and ordered separately. BP and BR mean only this base SKU’s actual common supply and common exhaust connections, respectively. Match NPT1/4 exactly; the installed valves have their own working ports. The manifold page gives no independent bare-base pressure rating. Confirm the complete assembly limits, including the actual valve’s required minimum supply or pilot pressure and every lower maximum.
Use the specified thread seal or face gasket. Match tube OD and compression OD/ID; metric and inch sizes differ. Use suitable soft nylon or polyurethane tube, with correct insertion, clearance, bends and flow capacity. For compression fittings, place the locking cap over the tube, fully insert the tube and tighten the cap. Tighten the connector thread by the body hex, not the tube nut. Where listed, D means black, blank means grey, -M means miniature, and -S identifies the specified 304 stainless parts only.
NPSA tube-side controllers need separate matching tube connections. ASC and GAFR female ports need separate matching male connections. Distribution branches share the circuit. NPHF female RB matches the stated male RA thread: connect or seal as permitted; it is not a tube socket. Match both ends of an adapter independently, including the separate mating part for a reduced female end. Keep the common supply and exhaust circuits separate.
Keep the manifold path within −20–70°C and every narrower installed valve/component limit. Standard push-in fittings, silencers and flow-control parts: ≤1 MPa, −20–70°C. NBB/NBD/NBKC/NBPC: ≤1 MPa. These metal fittings/adapters are rated 0–150°C, restricting this manifold path to 0–70°C or narrower. These accessory values do not establish a manifold pressure rating. No complete-system vacuum rating is established.
For listed flow controllers, suffix A restricts thread-to-tube flow with free reverse flow; suffix B reverses it. Common supply normally flows tube-to-thread and common exhaust thread-to-tube. A controller on a common line affects all connected active stations, not one actuator. Follow the flow symbols, including NPSA, and actual circuit direction. Closed controls permit leakage and do not provide isolation. Open gradually from closed without forcing stops; depressurize before removing tubes.
Silencers serve marked common exhaust ports only. Check the combined flow of all active stations and permitted back pressure; adjustable silencers and remote exhaust affect the shared circuit. Never cap an active supply or exhaust connection.
Connect ASC separately in the common-supply circuit and follow its P/A markings: 0.05–0.95 MPa, −20–70°C, air filtered to 40 µm or finer. Put GAFR upstream of common supply and follow IN→OUT: inlet ≤1 MPa, standard regulation 0.15–0.9 MPa, −5–70°C nonfreezing. Set supply within the actual installed valve requirements and all assembly/component limits; neither accessory establishes a bare-base rating. GAFR narrows this path to −5–70°C or a narrower component limit. Select flow capacity and bowl/environment suitability. Listed GAFR S versions have a PC bowl, differential/manual drain, bracket, round snap-in gauge and 40 µm filter, without a reverse-flow valve. Both ASC and GAFR have female ports and need separately selected matching male connections. The listed GAFR gauge units are psi/bar.
NPTL maximum adjusting-cap rotation torque for 1/4: 0.16 N·m. This is not thread-installation torque.
Order matching inch tubing separately; do not substitute a nearby metric OD.
Items marked discontinued are historical service references. Confirm remaining availability or a manufacturer-approved replacement. An unmarked catalog item is not a stock or delivery promise.
