Product Overview
The LGC series is a high-rigidity, high-precision non-circulating linear motion guide. It utilizes precision rollers arranged in a cross pattern as the rolling elements, significantly reducing friction resistance while satisfying high load capacity needs.
- Japanese Rollers: Uses rollers made in Japan (JIS B 1506 G2 grade) for superior roundness and wear resistance.
- Stainless Steel: Rails are made of stainless steel entirely.
- High Load: Rigid rail structure suitable for heavy loads.
- Applications: Optical instruments, PCB drilling machines, X-ray equipment, etc.
Technical Notes
- Stroke Calculation: When the rail moves, the cage moves half the distance in the same direction. Therefore, the max stroke is determined by the rail length relative to the cage length.
- Lubrication: Rails are pre-lubricated with Lithium Soap Grease. Re-lubrication is recommended to maintain smooth operation.
- Cage Shift: In high-speed or vertical applications, cage shift may occur. It is recommended to perform a full stroke cycle periodically to re-center the cage.
