Installation and Usage

  1. When the load varies during operation, select a cylinder with sufficient output force.
  2. For high temperature or corrosive environments, use cylinders designed for high temperature or corrosion resistance.
  3. In conditions with high humidity, heavy dust, water drops, oil stains, or welding spatter, appropriate protective measures must be taken.
  4. Before connecting the cylinder to the pipeline, thoroughly clean the pipeline to prevent contaminants from entering the cylinder.
  5. The working medium must be filtered through a filter element of 40 μm or finer before use.
  6. In low-temperature environments, antifreeze measures should be taken to prevent moisture in the system from freezing.
  7. Before operation, perform a trial run driven by compressed air. Set the air cushion to the minimum and then gradually adjust to avoid excessive impact damage.
  8. During operation, avoid lateral loads on the cylinder to ensure proper function and extend service life.
  9. If the cylinder will not be used for an extended period, apply anti-rust treatment to the surface and use dust caps on the air ports.
