3. Application Engineering: The Vacuum Paradox
A 3/2-way valve is the ideal tool for vacuum "Grip & Release" cycles, but incorrect porting leads to failure. Because the HSV blocks the P-port when pulled out, it must be plumbed strategically:
- Vacuum Pump: Connect to P (Inlet).
- Suction Cup: Connect to A (Work).
- Sleeve IN: P connects to A (Grip).
- Sleeve OUT: A connects to R (Atmosphere rushes in to break the vacuum).
