Many confuse these because both feature 1/4" ports. This is a costly error. The AFC2000 flows ~700 L/min, while the BFC2000 flows >1600 L/min. The BFC2000 offers double the flow and 4x the capacity in the same port size. For a main machine inlet, BFC2000 is the mandatory choice.

Filter, Regulator, and Lubricator Mechanics

Filter (F): Cyclone Separation & Smart Drains

The Drain Decision: Semi-Auto (Standard) drains only when pressure drops. If your machine runs 24/7, it will never drain, eventually flooding your system. You MUST choose Auto-Drain ('A') for continuous duty operations.

Regulator (R): Push-to-Lock Precision

Leaving a lubricator empty is poor engineering practice. When lubricating, you MUST use ISO VG 32 oil; thicker hydraulic fluids will clog the venturi and fail to mist.

The F.R.L. unit is frequently dismissed as a cheap "add-on." It isn't. It is the frontline guardian against the acid, rust, and sludge that systematically destroy expensive automation.
