As this corrosive liquid rushes through pipes at 10m/s, it strips rust from old pipes. Meanwhile, carbonized oil particles from the compressor join the mix.

This is the battlefield. If this mixture passes through, a micron-sized particle can jam a pilot hole, stopping an entire production line. The AF/BF series is designed to intercept these pollutants with minimal pressure loss. They are not just dust removers; they are the "Insurance Policy" for your pneumatic system.

Holding an AF2000, you are struck by its lightness (~140g). But inside this palm-sized aluminum shell lies precise fluid engineering.

2.1 Shell Design: Streamlined Die-Casting

The body uses high-quality aluminum die-casting. This creates thinner walls and smoother surfaces than sand casting, crucial for minimizing pressure loss in narrow channels.

The most visible difference is the Bowl Guard. Standard Polycarbonate (PC) bowls are clear but chemically weak. Contact with solvents (thinner, synthetic oil) causes "Crazing" and explosion.

The BF series wraps the bowl in a Nylon or Metal guard.

BF2000 vs AF2000: Both are 1/4", but BF2000 has a larger body and smoother internal turns. At 500L/min, BF2000 has half the pressure drop of AF2000. For stability, choose BF.
